Refurbishment of a fire damaged double garage

This garage had been vandalised and was in need of full refurbishment. The garage was stripped back to the concrete shell and we fitted new steel roof trusses, followed by timber fascias and roof timbers. New windows, front posts, the rest of the fascias, roof and doors were then fitted to complete the project.

Refurbishment of single pent roof garage

This garage suffered from a leaking asbestos roof, rotten timber work and a door that was broken. The roof, timber fascias, side door, window and up and over door were all replaced to transform the garage back to its former glory.

Garage lined out internally

This project was a new Apex garage that we delivered and built. Following delivery, we returned to line the building out internally for the customer. This involved inserting a 2" x 2" timber stud wall which was fixed through the pre drilled holes in the concrete panels and also fixed through the concrete floor. The frame was then filled internally with 50mm rock wool insulation. To finish the lining out on the garage a 6mm exterior plywood board was fixed directly to the timber frame.

Large garage refurbishment

This was a large existing double garage that required a full refurbishement. The existing two single up and over doors at the front were replaced with a large 14ft wide up and over door. The front was completed by fitting brick front posts to match the existing house, with the timber fascias renewed. The roof, windows and side door were all replced to complete the transormation - the customer can now refurbish his classic cars in a dry environment!
