This project required the old timber and felt roofed garage to be dismantled and removed from site. The existing base was then broken up and removed using a heavy duty breaker and a bobcat. The new base was then shuttered up and the sub foundation of 100mm compacted hard core was laid. The 100mm sloid concrete foundation was then laid, including a ramp to the front of the base. The following week to allow for the base to cure, the garage was delivered and erected. Two men built the unit, which had Mahogany PVC fascias and a Mahogany Georgian type up and over door. The garage was erected in approximately 5 hours.
