This garage was required at the rear of the customers house where space was at a premium but a large double garage and base was required. The base needed to be built up slightly to ensure that it was higher than the land around it, to avoid ingress of water. The garage was to be used to house a racing car and trailer. The building was supplied with a sectional door, as the room for the opening of an up and over door was tight. We also supplied an electrically operated door, and carried out the works for the supply of electrics in the building. Due to the size of building and extra height, the steel roof trusses were erected on steel legs for extra strength.
