Planning permission and / or building regulations may required before your building can be erected.

We suggest you contact your local authority to confirm your exact requirements in each instance.

Upon receipt of your order, White Rose Buildings Ltd can supply drawings and building specifications. If necessary, structural calculations can also be obtained at a cost.

We will issue risk assessments, health and safety documentation and method statements if requested by the relevant bodies.

In all cases it is the customers responsibility to ensure the local authorities approval has been granted.
