Our range of light industrial units are specifically designed and constructed to the customers exact requirements, making them an ideal choice for many different applications.
The benefits of our steel framed buildings with concrete sections are that they are quickly delivered and erected (delivery usually 4-6 weeks and 1-2 weeks on site building depending on size). The other main benefit of our range of industrial concrete buildings is cost.
The concrete buildings have proved popular with the likes of local authorities, who use them for a number of applications such as school bus storage and workshop facilities.
|
They are also increasingly popular in the motor trade, used as MOT testing stations, workshops, valet bays and vehicle storage.
The sports and leisure industry have taken to the industrial units and they have proved popular with golf clubs and other sporting facilities, where they are used for storage of equipment and machinery.
White Rose also carry out projects for St Johns Ambulance divisions, who use the portal framed structures for storage of ambulances.
Lengths, widths, heights and door and window options can be specified by the customer on industrial units.

The buildings all require a concrete foundation to house the concrete buildings. They can be provided by the customer or depending on location White Rose Buildings Ltd can provide a quotation to lay the concrete foundation for industrial units.
Cladding and roller door colours are available in any BS colour.
The cladding and roof sheets can be supplied either single skin or insulated, depending on the concrete buildings use and the budget for the project.
All concrete buildings supplied will be to Local Building Regulations and Constructionline approved.

As the concrete buildings are so cost effective, more have been sold direct to the general public, who have found them useful for storage of large 4x4''s, boats, caravans, motorhomes etc. In this application to keep costs to a minimum, the light industrial units can be supplied with timber or PVCu above the concrete panels, which will also enhance the surroundings of the concrete building.
