The Royale garage is supplied, as standard, packed full of extras like real brick fronts, Georgian style door, PVC fascia’s and window, steel personnel door, guttering and down pipes, Spanish Red roofing sheets, foam fillers and a 4-point locking system for the door. The discount runs until the end of July 2013. If you want to order but are not ready for delivery then a 15% deposit will secure the price for 6 months.

We have just completed another local authority contract of 74 no garages. The brief was to replace the existing asbestos roofed garages, including laying new concrete foundations. The whole job was completed and handed over within the set time scale of 8 weeks.

White Rose Buildings have designed an extension to a Lawnmower sales showroom. We took the project at the grass roots, designed the building, obtained planning and Building Control approval for the client. The building was then constructed in hot rolled steel, insulated to Building Regs, and will be brick finished to blend in with buildings attached.

We were given the project to remove the existing concrete and steel building to replace with a larger steel building. The unit is used to house a new helicopter, which needed a 9m door width. We removed the old building, extended the concrete floor and erected the new structure. The brief was to try and blend the new structure into the background as the property was domestic – difficult to do with an 18m x 12m building.

The building also had a steel entry door and was supplied with a felt lined roof sheet to prevent condensation. Due to the wide door opening the steel section size was increased to provide extra strength. The project was completed in 6 weeks from start to finish including the removal of the old building and the concrete base. Estimated cost of project was £50,000.00

White Rose Buildings Ltd have now completed the replacement garage project for North Lincolnshire Homes. In total 90m garages were dismantled and removed from site. The concrete bases were excavated and re-laid, before new maintenance free garages were erected for the client. Provisions were made on site for some larger buildings, with electrically operated doors for disabled use. The project was finished on schedule, on budget.

The timber personnel doors have been upgraded to provide a weatherbar with drip bead, hurlinges and improved security 3 lever sash lock and handle.

New galvanised steel roof trusses – The Pent garages will now be supplied with cold rolled techspan roof trusses. These are fully galvanised, tough and durable, and allow a more secure and watertight screw fixing to the roof sheets to be fitted.
