This replacement garage project involved the dismantle and removal of the old concrete garage with an asbestos roof.
We had to fully replace the concrete base as it had cracked. If the base was in good order it could have been re-used no problem.
The customer decided on the Apex Royale garage, our most popular range of buildings. This one was supplied 30ft long (9.17m) to be used as a garage and workshop.
The benefit of the Royale building is you can chose the roof sheet, guttering and brick front colour to match the existing property, which helps it tie into the surroundings better.
The choices on this one were the Red wire cut bricks, Spanish Red roofing and White guttering.
