We recently installed a concrete sectional garage for a customer who wanted a garage door and a matching personnel door in the front elevation.
The customer selected white PVCu maintenance free fascias, white PVCu guttering and downpipes and 2 PVCu double glazed windows.
This particular garage was 14’3” (4.34mts) wide and 6’6” (1.98mts) eaves height with an overall height of 2.44mts meaning planning permission wasn’t required as the building was under the 2.5mts permitted development height.
