We recently provided a new building for a customer who wanted a garage adding to her property but also to create a functional space for her daughter to put gym equipment to train in.
The area of the customers property was ‘wasted space’ and became a bit of a dumping ground. We excavated this area, provided a concrete base with steel mesh and incorporated a ramp to the front should vehicular access ever be required. We then installed a standard Apex garage measuring 18’1” (5.51mts) x 9’3” (2.82mts). The building was supplied as standard with an 8’ wide Hormann fully retractable up and over door, pressure treated timber fascias, pressure treated 4’ wide fixed timber window and robust corrugated cement fibre roof sheets with a close fitting ridge. For just under £5,000.00 for the whole job, the customer now has a fantastic addition to their property. The addition of the garage has probably increased the market value by more than the amount paid.
