We recently undertook a project to refurbish a double concrete sectional garage.
The customer required a new roof to replace the pours asbestos roof and also wanted new maintenance free fascias. As part of the refurbishment we also fitted new Hormann up and over garage doors.
The new roof sheets were Box profile, plastisol coated steel with a ’non-con drip’ anti condensation delft underlay that is factory bonded in the production process. Its function is to hold condensation within the underlay and prevent it from dripping into the garage.
We also finished the roof off with Plastisol coated steel flashings.
