New garage Pent roof brick effect clad. On this project we laid a new concrete base for the customer for the storage of a classic car.
The new garage was erected tight to the house. This is possible as we build the garage from the inside, therefore a wall can be used as a boundary if required. The building chosen was the upgrade to brick effect cladding on the front, one side and rear. The side facing the wall was not required to be brick clad. The extra cost of the brick cladding from the standard chipping was £ 2080.00 on this garage. The nearest colour match to the house brick was chosen, this colour is Sand. We supplied french doors in the back wall (not shown) so the customer has easy access through the garage, and the building was supplied in White PVC so it was fully maintenance free.
This garage was completed within 4 weeks of the date ordered, a fraction of the time taken in comparison to a traditional build, at a fraction of the cost of a brick built structure.
