This job was to make use of some spare land unused at a clients property. They decided that the best solution was a concrete shed to be used as a workshop, hobby room and storage.
This particular building was 8’1” long and 12’3” wide. The customer opted for the maintenance free option, so the fascia’s and window were supplied in White PVC to match the house. The roof type chose was a Pent – sloping from front to rear. The roof sheets supplied as standard are full length plastic coated steel sheets, with a felt anti-condensation lining.
The client upgraded the standard 3ft wide door for an extra wide 4ft personnel entrance door.
We also supplied a new concrete base to house the building.
