This Compton garage was in need of the roof replacing. The old sheets had cracked and were allowing water to enter the garage.
We removed and disposed of the old sheets and fitted new Van Dyke Brown Plastisol coated galvanised steel sheets. The sheets have a factory bonded Anti-condensation lining internally that holds condensation and prevents it from dripping into the garage.
The work was completed within 3 hours with minimal disruption to our customer.
We recently replaced a customers roof in Coventry on his sectional garage. The old roof contained cement bonded Asbestos which was removed correctly and safely.
We replaced the roof with Plastisol coated Box profile steel roof sheets which have an internal polyester fleece which is designed to hold any condensation and prevent moisture dripping into the garage.
The work was completed within the day and the customer now has a perfectly functioning, dry garage with a roof that will stand the test of time.
We recently undertook a project to Design, deliver and install a Multi functional valeting bay for a Prestige Car dealership in Bolton.
The building had a Wash section which utilised Insulated Twin wall Polycarbonate sheets to the side wall and roof. It had an Insulated central section for vehicle detailing and finally a storage section for groundkeeping equipment.
The external cladding was created to match the external facade of the dealership.
We added a front projection canopy for both aesthetics and to protect the guys working in the bays from the elements.
All the doors were insulated and carried a high level of security features.
This project involved the removal of the old garage with an asbestos roof.
We were able to utilise the concrete base and fitted the new garage on the existing slab.
The Apex Royal garage was supplied and fitted, with the Blue/Black coloured roof sheets, Red Wirecut brick fronts and Black guttering.
We managed to fit the new garage tight to the existing fencing to ensure the garden remained enclosed.
This project was to supply the customer with a home workshop at the bottom of his garden for his business of book binding. We supplied a building with an apex roof, 16×18, with full height windows on the front and standard windows on the sides. Also supplied were the 4ft fully glazed patio doors. The building is now in use, earning the customer a living.
Our Apex Garages are all supplied with a roof pitch of 12.5 degrees (with the exception of the Monarch Range which has a 17.5 degree pitch on Single Garages and a 15 degree pitch on Double Garages).
The Angle Iron roof trusses generally bolt directly onto the garage panels (but on some occasions require Steel leg supports) and have pressure treated timber purlins running from front to rear to support the roof sheets.
This design creates excellent strength and rigidity ensuring your roof will stand the test of time.
There is a small storage area created within the roof supports that is useful for pipes, rods, timbers etc
This project involved the removal of the old garage which contained asbestos roof sheets.
We then excavated the existing cracked concrete base and laid a new foundation suitable for the new garage.
The customer then chose the standard apex garage with the following extras:
- PVC fascia’s
- Brick front posts
- Internal cement fillet
On this project we completely revamped a customers old sectional garage that had become unfit for purpose. The original asbestos roof was leaking and had bowed. Both garage doors didn’t work and they were odd design and size.
We converted the roof into a modern apex design with Plastisol coated steel sheets with a bonded felt underlay to prevent condensation. We added Anthracite PVCu fascias and we fitted new Black Georgian design up and over garage doors. The finished result looks stunning and provides a garage that the customer can use as intended
We recently undertook a project to supply a Customer in Wakefield with a Lean to sectional garage. We used the Golden Oak Woodgrain Fascias and Garage door to match the customers door and windows and we also added Cedar Buff Brick fronts to give an authentic Brick built extension appearance.
This project was a straight forward new build. The customer had an existing block paved drive which we added a new concrete base to.
As the garden sloped slightly to the rear, we built the base thicker to allow the slab to be laid level.
The new Pent Royale was supplied and fitted. The garage was supplied with all the extras that come as standard on this building.
