This recent project was for a Duchess Graphite garage 20’1” by 16’3” with Anthracite PVC maintenance free fascia’s
Forward slope roof is a Metro tile in Terracotta, Rear slope roof is Steel box profile in merlin grey, Guttering and downpipes to front and rear in black.
Internal fillet, Graphite rustic brick fronts, 2x 4’ wide double glazed fixed window in Anthracite and 3’ wide by 7’ high steel pedestrian door in Black.
Customer upgraded to 7’ high eaves and also upgraded to have a 14’ wide vertical ribbed up and over in black with an electric operator and delatching kit for extra security.
We have just completed a project for a customer on a Park Home in Halifax.
They wanted a multi purpose concrete sectional building that could be used to store a bike, garden furniture and tools in the front section and a workshop in the rear section overlooking the stunning view of the Pennines.
We had to work with the customer and the Park Home to ensure the building complimented the existing homes.
We decided upon a 5.5mts x 2.5mts sectional building with a contemporary Anthracite plank effect cladding externally. The building had Anthracite PVCu door and Anthracite windows to maximise the views and to the front had a steel personnel door with extra secure multi point locking.
The roof we selected was an Anthracite Tile effect roof with anti condensation barrier internally.
When the specification was agreed we laid a brand new concrete base and the following week installed the building. The installation was completed within the day.

Built to last – This Apex Royale with Georgian up and over door was installed by us 20 years ago. It just goes to show the quality of our buildings!
We recently undertook a project for a customer who wanted to replace their concrete garage with a multi purpose garage that would provide storage and also a garden room.
Firstly we dismantled and removed the old garage including the cement bonded asbestos roof and ensured the existing base was suitable for the new building.
We then installed a 22’1” (6.72mts) long x 9’3” (2.82mts) wide Apex roofed sectional garage. Anthracite coloured tile effect steel roof sheets were selected and these have an anti-condensation felt underlay applied to the underside to hold any condensation and prevent it dripping into the garage.
A Hormann garage door was fitted at the front which was in Anthracite in the Finesse design.
On the garden facing side we fitted Anthracite PVCu French doors and 2 full height Anthracite windows.
Finally the garden side and post either side of the garage door were clad in Anthracite Plank effect cladding to give a very modern feel to this building.
Quite the transformation in just 2 days.
This was a project we undertook to provide Wylam Cricket Club in the North East with a new garage for their roller and lawnmower.
As you can see the old garage had seen better days and needed replacing.
We dismantled and removed the old garage and 2 days later installed a brand new concrete sectional garage with an insulated electrically operated roller shutter door, extra secure personnel door and Anthracite fascias. The building was 8’6” extra height eaves to allow for the machinery to brought in and out.
We also did a bit of landscaping around the permitter of the base to prevent any future water ingress.
These buildings are proving extremely popular with cricket clubs as they are cost effective, quick to install and secure.
This customer came to us wanting a garage at the rear of his raised garden but with vehicular access.
We provided the full turnkey solution by not only laying a new concrete base but also creating a ramped driveway supported by decorative railway sleepers to match the rest of his landscaping.
The garage selected was from our Apex standard range with the pressure treated timber fascias and a pressure treated timber window. We added real brick front pillars and a Hormann personnel door with 3 point security locking that matched the main garage door.
