We recently installed a pre fab concrete sectional building in Yorkshire for a customer who wanted something tailored for them.
We started with the popular Apex Royale pre fab garage measuring 18’1” x 9’3” and made some changes to the standard specification.
The roof was upgraded to a Tile effect plastisol coated steel roof which has the ’non con drip’ bonded felt lining.
The main garage door was swapped from the Georgian panelled design to the modern wide ribbed Finesse design garage door. The window was upgraded from fixed to opening and finally the side door upgraded from the steel door to a half glazed PVCu door.
