We recently (even though there are blue skies!) undertook a project in Kendal to replace the porous cement bonded asbestos roof and garage doors on a double garage.

Our client was experiencing water ingress throughout the roof and the doors were almost unusable as they had warped over time.

We removed the asbestos roof and doors and replaced with modern, full length box profile 0.7mm gauge steel roof sheets that are plastic coated externally in a goosewing grey colour and internally have a non-con drip bonded polyester fleece that holds any moisture and prevents it dripping into the garage. We finished the roof to the front and both sides with Anthracite coloured steel flashings.
We also fitted market leading Hormann up and over doors in a white, vertically ribbed design.

We recently undertook a project for Carshalton Boys School to replace their Arts and Craft room.

The old building had a glass roof making it unbearably hot in the summer and freezing in the winter.

We dismantled and removed the old building and laid a new base ready for their new fully insulated building.

Working with the client we decided on a Gold Range insulated workshop at 11mts long x 5mts wide and 3mts eaves height. The cladding and the roof were constructed of 40mm thick composite panels giving the customer a building that they can use all year round. Its also a little more aesthetically pleasing dont you think?

This project was an insurance job for a fire damaged triple garage. The customer used the same footprint size – a large garage at 16x25ft, but changed the building from a triple to a double garage.

They went with the Graphite model, Black doors, Anthracite PVC fascia’s and windows and a Red brick front to compliment the existing property.

This maintenance-free double pent concrete sectional garage was recently installed for a local authority as a storage building.

This job involved the direct replacement of an old asbestos roofed concrete garage and replace with the standard pent range prefab garage.

The base was badly cracked so we also relayed the concrete foundation for the customer.

This is our basic pent garage, supplied on this occasion with the pressure-treated timber window, included in the standard specification.

The customer added on the guttering and down pipes at £64 and the internal cement fillet at £120 so we ensured a watertight building fit for purpose.

This project was for the removal of the old asbestos roofed prefab garage which was damp and leaking. The base was also cracked so was ripped up and the concrete re-laid to provide a good foundation for the new building.
The customer chose the plank effect finish to the garage but had this on two sides, front and right side facing the garden.
Cladding finish is expensive, so generally to keep costs to a minimum, we would leave the sides of the garage unseen in the spa chipping finish. We also need a gap of around 600mm externally to clad the garage after the panels are fitted, so cannot put cladding on tight to a boundary.
A modern Slate Grey was chosen as the colour, very popular at the moment, as they had recently had the windows in the property replaced with Anthracite.
An inward opening personnel door was also required, so we upgraded the steel door, which opens outwards, for a PVC, half glazed door.
The blue/black roof completed the external appearance of the building and gave us a garage that compliments the customers property perfectly.

Our client contacted us to provide them with a contemporary, insulated garden room to replace their existing asbestos garage.

Upon agreeing a suitable specification we removed the old garage including the safe disposal of the cement-bonded asbestos. we then laid abase skim over the existing damaged base to create a new slab that was perfect in size for the new structure.

The garden room we supplied had a bespoke Anthracite door with a glazed side panel to compliment the 40mm insulated Golden Oak cladding. Further glazing panels were added to give lots of natural light and a lovely view into the garden.

We recently worked with a customer to provide a fully insulated multi-functional building.

The customer wanted to use the building to store a car along with bikes, motorbikes, sports equipment and garden equipment. he required a dry, damp free environment to protect his belongings.

We opted for the Gold Range building which has 40mm insulation within the roof and the wall cladding. polycarbonate skylights were added to provide some natural daylight along with double glazed windows. A solid, insulated personnel door was also added for ease of entry into the building without the need to keep using the electrically operated roller shutter door.

Finally, the external colour choice was made and Golden Oak wood effect with a contrasting Anthracite colour for the main door, windows and personnel door. The result was spectacular and the building was installed within 2 days giving minimal disruption to the customer.

We replaced this run down garage in Leeds. The whole front of the roof had failed so we fitted a new fascia, Hormann garage door and front posts.

We also replaced the asbestos roof with Box profile, Plastisol coated 0.7mm gauge galvanised steel roof sheets with have an anti-condensation internal lining to prevent any condensation dripping into the garage.

Finally we replaced the personnel door with a PVCu door
