Our customer in Castleford, West Yorkshire contacted us to supply him with a modern-looking new garage.

He had already removed his old garage and the existing base was suitable so we selected the best possible size garage to fit his base.

We selected the Anthracite fascias with complimenting Black Hormann door and chose Brick front posts that best matched his house.

This customer gave us a brief to supply a garage and separate storage building that would compliment his new stone-built Townhouse in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

We laid both bases for him in preparation for the buildings.

His boundary fence tapered towards the rear so we designed a garage with Sandstone Stone effect cladding to the front and right-hand side. The shed at the rear was narrower than the garage to fit the taper and also had the Stone effect cladding. in between the 2 buildings we created a walkway.

The result is a very aesthetically pleasing, functional set of buildings at a very affordable price.

Today we carried out a refurbishment on an old garage

We replaced the roof, fascias, garage door and posts, side door and window with modern maintenance-free materials.

The Asbestos roof was replaced with a strong, full-length, Plastisol coated steel roof which has Anti-condensation polyester fleece lining internal to prevent condensation from dripping into the garage.

Our customer now has a new-looking garage that will last her for many many years to come.

We recently undertook a job to offer a full Turnkey service for a client in Rochester, Kent.

They required additional dry storage as their Warehouse had reached capacity.

We decided upon a building measuring 5.5mts deep x 11.225mts wide and 2.4mts to the eaves

Our specialist ground working team prepared and laid the base a couple of weeks prior to the building being installed. We returned after the installation to lay concrete ramps for vehicle access.

The building itself was from our Gold range (incorporating 40mm thick composters cladding to the walls and roof) in a Goosewing Grey colour to match his existing building.

The 4 doors were also insulated and they had an electric operation to all 4 – supplied in a Navy blue colour

The whole project from starting the base to completion took less than 2 weeks.

These buildings are cost-effective, modern, maintenance-free, and ideal for providing a dry, snug environment.

This job involved the removal of the existing concrete and asbestos garage.
The old cracked base was ripped up and re-laid to form a suitable slab for the new building.
We then supplied the Apex Royale garage, 16ft x 12ft, and used the Rustic Brown brick fronts to match the existing house.
The roof was also Brown to tie in, with White guttering so everything matched the existing surroundings.
The customer chose the Vertical door in lieu of the Georgian style.

We recently undertook a project to replace a customer’s garage that was both unsightly and leaking.
The garage was dismantled and the asbestos roof correctly disposed of.
The old base was in great condition so we extended the overall base slightly to allow for a wider garage
The new Pent Royale garage was supplied with our Plank effect maintenance-free Cladding to the front and garden side as the customer had seen enough of the pebbledash on the old garage.

We recently completed a complex project for 2 neighbours in Leeds.
Their existing foundations had failed and both garages contained asbestos and needed replacing.
We dismantled and removed both garages, removed the old block wall and footings.
We laid new footings and built a new block wall. A complete concrete base base laid with a drainage channel across the front of both garages to protect from the sloping driveways.
We then installed matching Knight Graphite Garages which gave a very modern look to the properties.

This building was supplied to try and compliment the existing house as close as possible.
Our red wire cut brick was a pretty close match, and we supplied the tile effect roof to match.
By offering the black guttering and White fascia’s, we got a pretty good match.
The customer supplied and fitted his own door on this job, so we left the opening for him to complete the works.

We worked alongside our contact at Thornes Cricket Club in Wakefield to create a secure storage building for the Groundsman to house his Lawnmower, Roller, and other tools. The building supplied was 10’1” deep and 20’3” wide with 2 Hormann up and over garage doors which have extra security 4 point locking bars. We added maintenance-free White PVCu fascias.

The building will make an excellent addition to the superb facilities already on display.
